Women’s Circles

A Women’s Circle is a time to put down the invisible load you’ve been carrying and rediscover what you want and need from your life, while receiving wholehearted support and acceptance from fellow women. 

The intention of each Women’s Circle is to create a space where each woman feels free to come as they are. It's a place to be seen for who you truly are, beyond the societal labels and expectations you hold.

These circles are grounded in self-discovery, self-compassion, and intentional community.

What we do in the circle:

  • Gentle embodied movement to align body and mind and calm the nervous system 

  • Breath work, meditation and visualization

  • Group discussion and round tables

  • Journaling and partner exercises to increase self-awareness, curiosity and connection

  • And a few surprises!

Each circle lasts 2 hours and is limited to 12 women. You and a friend pricing is available. See you in the circle!

Seasons of Self

Seasons of Self is a 4-week in person or online series guiding you to connect with your feminine wisdom, reclaim your energy, and align with your inner seasons through the unique framework of your menstrual cycle.

For generations, society has taught women to achieve and thrive by doing it all, every moment, in every way—and this constant demand has left many of us exhausted. By remembering and honoring the natural rhythm within us, we can access a powerful blueprint that helps us reclaim our energy and reconnect with our inner wisdom, all modeled after the resilient and cyclical nature of Mother Earth.

In Seasons of Self, we uncover the lesser-known truth that our menstrual cycle, with its four distinct phases, offers unique guidance, strengths, and challenges each month. Instead of pushing ourselves to perform consistently day after day, we learn to embrace the varying energies of each phase and let go of the pressure to be "on" all the time. Each cycle phase provides us with a different focus and flow, offering a natural ease when we follow its guidance. Thriving isn’t about forcing; it’s about listening to our own rhythms and aligning with them, realizing that everything we need is already within us.

  • Your feminine biological processes and the four phases (seasons) of your Menstrual Cycle

  • Masculine and Feminine energies and how to find a harmonious balance with both

  • Creating Intentional Rituals for self-care that nourish us in each season

This series is offered one time a year in person or as a self-paced online course.
