I had an incredible time at my very first women's circle. I honestly can't wait to do another one. It was calming and freeing experience and the first time l've ever meditated with anyone else. Tears and laughs were shared and I genuinely felt the love and warm energy these women have.

If I had to describe it in one word I would say Life Changing. I obviously expected to feel a change in my life but not to the degree to which I did with SDY. I took a class years ago on meditation and stress reduction and that class, although it was great, did not have the lasting impact on me that SDY has. This class has forced me to focus and transform my life in ways I never could have on my own. It has made me find greater satisfaction and meaning in my day to day activities and gave me a sisterhood that will last a lifetime. -Kristi

I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get out of their shell and just meet new, loving women. I had an incredible time at my first event and can't wait to see these empowering ladies again!

I wish every woman had access to this information! I loved being able to have a safe space to learn and communicate about being a woman and how to best support myself and my body through the four phases in my cycle. I feel empowered that I can give myself what I need in such a healthy way! -Britta
