  • The signature experience that started it all. Through yoga, journaling, meditation, and weekly themes, you’ll gently uncover who you are beneath all the labels and expectations you hold. Come to know yourself, love yourself, and feel supported doing it.

  • Monthly gatherings designed to bring women together in honest, meaningful connection. Each circle centers around a theme to support growth, reflection, and shared experience. This is a space to be seen, heard, and reminded you’re not doing life alone.

  • An annual, immersive experience designed for deep grounding, connection, and renewal. Each retreat is centered around a unique theme, blending movement, reflection, nature, and play. This weekend experience is limited to 10 women and requires anywhere from 2-5 hours of travel time.
