HI THERE,

I’m Laura,

I’m not big on labels… but I do hold a few with pride: National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Nurse, Certified Yoga Instructor, and a woman who’s coached over 1,000 women (and counting). I’m also a wife and mom of two.

But beyond all of that, I’m someone who deeply loves helping women come back to themselves. I’m a nature lover, an adventurer, a dancer at heart (the world is my dance floor!), and someone who craves real, meaningful connection.

And the truth is… I didn’t always feel this way.

When I was a little girl, expression made me feel like my most feminine, authentic and free self, but as I grew up, I started believing that the things that made me who I was, made me “too much”. By the time I hit my mid 20s I felt completely disconnected from who I was beyond the roles I played. My worth was tied to what I did, not who I was. I was exhausted, burned out, and trying to keep up in a world that didn’t honor my natural rhythm.

Self-discovery, self-care, and cyclical living became my way back home: to my body, my needs, and the version of me that actually felt alive.

But I didn’t find my way alone… and I don’t believe you’re meant to either.

As I began reconnecting with myself, I saw how many other women were feeling the same way: craving space, support, and something real.

That’s why For The Women was created.

Every circle, workshop, and gathering is designed to help you come home to yourself: while being held, supported, and seen in community.

My coaching philosophy is simple: you are the expert of your own life. My role is to help you uncover your inner wisdom, build a strong foundation, and thrive in every season.
